Made of oil-impregnated bronze, they are ideal for applications requiring self-lubricating operation, especially rotating ones. They allow high sliding speeds.
Self-lubricating sintered bronze bushings
They are made from bronze powders that undergo a sintering process. Sintering is a heat treatment (firing at high temperature) that produces a solid, porous shape.
In the subsequent impregnation process, this lets the bushings absorb the right amount of oil, which is released during operation. We stock them cylindrical and flanged, with guaranteed fast delivery.
