Under Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the Customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without giving any explanation and without any penalty.
Under Article 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply where the goods sold were made “to measure” or “customised” according to the end customer’s choices. ATTENTION⚠️ Products in the Flat bars category are made to measure, as they are cut from large sheets, so the right of withdrawal does not apply.
To exercise this right, within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods the Customer must contact Friulana Cuscinetti customer service at the following e-mail address: commerciale@friulanacuscinetti.it, stating that they wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. In the e-mail the Customer must state the order number concerned and the complete list of items to be returned, with item code and quantity; first and last name, bank and IBAN for the refund, or the transaction to be reversed if paid by card.
The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
- The Customer must wait for Friulanacuscinetti Customer Service to reply to the withdrawal request;
- The shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the Customer, as per Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1995;
- The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; withdrawal cannot be exercised on only part of the purchased product
- The right does not apply to products made to measure or clearly customised, or that cannot be reused for hygiene reasons
- The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original, complete packaging; to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box. The product must be new and resaleable. Labels or adhesive tape must never be applied directly to the original product packaging;

- Until receipt at our warehouse is confirmed, the shipment is entirely the Customer’s responsibility;
- On arrival at our warehouse, the product will be examined for any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the original packaging is damaged, Friulanacuscinetti will deduct a percentage from the refund as a contribution to restoration costs;
- The right of withdrawal lapses entirely, for lack of the essential condition that the goods (packaging and/or contents) be intact, if Friulanacuscinetti finds:
- careless use of the goods that has impaired their integrity, or use of any consumables;
- the absence of the original outer packaging and/or inner packing;
- missing components of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, etc.);
- damage to the product from causes other than its transport;
- If the right of withdrawal lapses, the goods will remain at Friulanacuscinetti’s premises, available for the Customer to collect at their own expense.
