Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code) and Articles 13-14 of EU Regulation 2016-679, the processing of data concerning your company, obtained in connection with contractual relations, is based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, to protect your privacy and your rights.
With this in mind and in accordance with the aforementioned Decree, we inform you of the following:
1. Purposes and methods of processing: the personal data relating to your company and provided by you in the course of the business relationship are processed exclusively for commercial and accounting purposes and to comply with obligations under the law, regulations or EU directives. The data collected are processed by our authorised staff both manually and with IT tools, and are stored and processed for the period needed to achieve these purposes, using tools and procedures that ensure their security and confidentiality.
2. Mandatory provision of data: the personal data you provide are mandatory for carrying out the above operations. Failure to accept, and the resulting lack of authorisation to use the data, makes it impossible to establish or continue the relationship, to the extent that the data are necessary for its performance.

Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the premises of FRIULANA CUSCINETTI s.r.l. and is handled only by technical staff authorised for processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance. This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's response (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.
These data, which are deleted immediately after processing, are used solely to obtain anonymous statistics on the use of the site and to check that it works properly. They may also be used to establish liability in the event of computer crimes against the site; apart from this, web contact data are currently not kept for more than seven days.
